Driving in any way that could endanger lives is considered dangerous driving. Dangerous driving can include, but is not limited to, speeding, failing to follow road rules, and aggressive driving.
If the driver is convicted, they can receive a maximum sentence of 2 years in jail. The driver can receive up to 10 years in prison for a second conviction.
