Rescheduling & cancellations

Lessons: please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a lesson; lessons cancelled with less notice may be charged. Test-day car bookings: please give at least 48 hours' notice to change a road-test car booking.

Refunds

Unused in-car sessions are refundable to the original payment method. BDE course: if you cancel before starting the digital learning portion, the full course fee is refundable; once digital learning has started, the digital portion is non-refundable and any unused in-car portion remains refundable. Certification is submitted only for students who complete the full MTO-approved program.

Prices & payment

All website prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown as Price + 13% HST = Total; the total shown at registration is the total payable for the items selected. Registration is a booking request until we confirm availability and payment arrangements — no appointment is confirmed until we say so. The BDE course may be paid in 3 instalments of $271.20 at the same $813.60 total.

DrivPoints

DrivPoints are earned on paid registrations at the rates shown during registration and are validated when payment is received. Points have no cash value outside Driviology programs and are governed by the DrivPoints terms provided with your portal account.

Student responsibilities

Bring your valid Ontario licence to every session and your DriveTest booking confirmation on test day. Instructors may end a session if a student is impaired or driving unsafely. Vehicles are dual-control and insured for instruction.
