Cutting off commercial vehicles. Attempting to squeeze into a gap in front of a transport truck without leaving adequate braking distance is an instant safety failure here.
Give transport trucks a massive buffer. Do not move into their lane until you can see the entire cab of the truck in your interior rear-view mirror.
If the examiner asks for a lane change and there is no safe gap due to heavy traffic, do not force it. Simply say 'It is not safe yet' and wait. You won't be penalized for safety.
When turning right, double-check your right blind spot for cyclists and smaller vehicles that may be hiding in the shadow of the large industrial trucks parked on the curb.
